Holyport Street,
Holyport, Maidenhead,
Berkshire, SL6 2JR
Situated in the pretty village of Holyport, set back from the green and overlooking the pond, The Belgian Arms is a favourite with locals and visitors to the area alike.
The Belgian Arms is over 200 years old. Prior to the First World War it was known as ‘The Eagle’. During the war the prisoner of war camp was at the end of Holyport Street and the Germans used to march past and salute the Eagle. Many of the local villagers fought in Belgium and therefore it was decided to rename the pub ‘The Belgian Arms’.
We offer really tasty British food that’s beautifully cooked, a great selection of wines and a really good pint.
The atmosphere is warm, relaxed and friendly. The Belgian Arms is the ideal spot for meeting up with family and friends, an informal business lunch or dinner and simply having fun. Well behaved dogs welcome in the bar area, please do let us know when reserving a table so we can allocate you accordingly.
